While sitting in for host Jeffrey Callison on the Insight program on the KXJZ stations one show - that on "Illiteracy" - was subsequently awarded a certificate of merit by the California Teachers's Association.

A commentary we did for Capital Public Radio: Telemarketers, took first place (in the major market division) at the 2003 conference of Public Radio News Directors in Montreal.  Rights to the commentary were purchased for Minnesota Public Radio's Marketplace. It was subsequently used on the web site for the Public Radio Weekend show.

Radio Parallax on KDVS 90.3 FM was the Sacramento News and Review’s choice as Best Local Independent Talk Show in 2002

In 2001 we were honored, as Reality Radio, for continued quality programming on Access Radio. 

Reality Radio, the first incarnation of our program on community access, received the "Best Celebrity Impersonations" award for the year 2000.
